    Defiance common pleas

    Brian Adkins Jr., 35, Bryan, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a fifth-degree felony; and OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was given a six-month prison sentence to be served consecutively to a term imposed in Williams County Common Pleas Court with credit for 42 days served in jail while his case was pending. His operator’s license also was suspended for one year.

    Eric Boyce, 47, Bryan, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was set for Aug. 14.

    Bradley Moser, 19, Bryan, pleaded guilty to using weapons while intoxicated and to OVI, each a first-degree misdemeanor. He was placed on probation for two years, his operator’s license was suspended for one year, and a firearm and ammunition were ordered forfeited to the state.

    Cole Reynolds, 28, 1624 Woodhurst Drive, pleaded no contest to domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, and was found guilty. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was modified to personal-recognizance. Sentencing was set for Aug. 15.

    Lynn Sexton, 32, Niles, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and her bond was continued. Sentencing was set for Aug. 12.

    Jared Frymire, 44, 609 Dakota Place, pleaded not guilty to pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a second-degree felony; and illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity oriented material or performance, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for July 9 and bond was set at $25,000 with a 10% allowance provision.

    Danielle Nash-Kleinhenn, 40, Continental, pleaded not guilty to three counts of failure to appear as required by recognizance, each a fourth-degree felony. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for July 24 and bond was set at $25,000 with a 10% allowance provision.

    Orelius Smith III, 46, 08791 Christy Road, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for Aug. 5 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Kristi Warner, 37, Louisville, Ky., pleaded not guilty to failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth-degree felony. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for July 15 and bond was set at $25,000 with a 10% allowance provision.
