Rylee Blake of Muscatine, Iowa, Graduates from Millikin University
Rylee was one of more than 270 graduates recognized during the 2024 Spring Commencement ceremonies at the Kirkland Fine Arts Center on May 19, 2024. Millikin University is a private, comprehensive university with a diverse student population of approximately 1,900 undergraduate and graduate students. A Millikin education features Performance Learning, a unique learning approach offered only at Millikin that gives students the chance to build the confidence and skills to succeed before and after graduation. Millikin offers more than fifty majors in the College of Fine Arts, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Professional Studies, and Tabor School of Business, and is located on a 75-acre residential campus in Decatur, Illinois.

Western Illinois University is undertaking a Museum Studies Lab Renovation Project on the Quad Cities campus in Moline. It has recently received significant funding totaling $21,500, from the Hunt and Diane Harris Fund at the Quad Cities Community Foundation, and the Shepherd B. Runge Memorial Endowment Fund at the QCCF as well.
