Bettendorf man charged with child endangerment after car chase, police say
SCOTT CO., Iowa (KWQC) - A Bettendorf man was arrested after police said he chased another car and drove recklessly with several children in the vehicle. Keon Davis, 31, is charged with child endangerment, according to court documents. Davis was taken to the Scott County Jail, but he posted bond and is now released.
