    Bullard ISD honored for storm response, community aid

    BULLARD, Texas ( KETK ) – Bullard ISD was awarded with the Smith County Hero Award on Wednesday because of their efforts in helping the community following severe storms.

    Lawsuit alleges Winnsboro ISD ignored bullying for years, retaliated against family

    According to a release from Smith County, Bullard Intermediate School opened on June 4 as a shelter with Red Cross and Smith County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and remained open for several days.

    According to Smith County, Emergency Management Coordinator Brandon Moore, and County Judge Neal Franklin recognized staff from Bullard ISD.
