The company said that a fix was on the way. As of 9 a.m., there were major disruptions at Newark Liberty International Airport. On X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, the airport's handle posted "The PANYNJ is not affected by the ongoing global outage, but airlines are experiencing delays/cancellations.
