Closed Clermont County restaurant to get new owners
CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - The owners of a Clermont County restaurant that shut down in May say a sale is pending. Stone House Restaurant and Bar first opened on Ohio Pike in Pierce Township in March of 2023. Prior to the closure, the restaurant turned to social media for help but announced the end in May 2024 in a Facebook post.
NKY city to turn former Disabled American Vets property into mixed use development
COLD SPRING, Ky. (WXIX) - The Cold Spring City Council moved forward on Monday to re-zone the former Disabled American Veterans property despite a petition and opposition from some residents. The council voted 4-2 to change the property’s zoning to allow for a multi-use development with restaurants and businesses.
World Market Returns to Cincinnati
A high-profile shopping complex in suburban Cincinnati has landed two noteworthy new tenants: a World Market (Alameda, Calif.) and a small-format Macy’s (New York). Both will open soon in Rookwood Commons & Pavilion, in Norwood, Ohio, and both will be in existing spaces vacated by former tenants.
