Iowa high school baseball state tournament 2024: See IHSAA brackets for Class 1A and 2A

The Iowa high school baseball season is winding down, which means the IHSAA baseball state tournament is set to begin.

Play for all four classes will run from July 22-26. Class 1A and 2A will compete in Carroll, while Class 3A and 4A will play in Cedar Rapids.

As of Wednesday night, only brackets for small schools have been released.

Listed below are the matchups for Class 1A and 2A:

Tuesday, July 23 - state quarterfinals

• 11 a.m. CT — No. 1 Underwood vs. No. 8 Unity Christian, Orange City
• 1:30 p.m. CT — No. 4 Chariton vs. No. 5 Pleasantville
• 4:30 p.m. CT — No. 3 Sumner-Fredericksburg vs. No. 6 Wilton
• 7 p.m. CT — No. 2 New Hampton vs. No. 7 Aplington-Parkersburg

Thursday, July 25 - state semifinals

Friday, July 26- state championship

Class 1A

Monday, July 22 - state quarterfinals
