Arkansas Air Museum to offer flights on historic WWII plane
A unique opportunity to experience a bit of history is coming up in Fayetteville next month. The Arkansas Air Museum will offer locals a chance to tour, and even a brief flight, in the historic C-47A Skytrain troop carrier “That’s All Brother’ that carried 101st Airborne Division paratroopers into France at the start of the D-Day invasion in 1944 at a special event coming up Aug. 3-4.
