DALLAS — It could be a challenging season for Arkansas coach Sam Pittman, who sat down at SEC media days on Thursday and acknowledged the seat underneath him felt a tad warmer than it usually does. Three years ago, the Razorbacks went 9-4. But college football has since experienced...
Arkansas Razorbacks Football Offense: Bobby Petrino’s Playmaker Expectations
Arkansas' offense is expected to improve under Bobby Petrino, but the fan base's high expectations may be unrealistic based on current evidence. The success of the offense won't be fully known until later in the season despite optimism. Depth remains a challenge for the team, with uncertainties in key positions like quarterback and wide receiver. Petrino's offense requires playmakers, and there's a need for proof of its explosiveness. Sam Pittman values Petrino's input but maintains ultimate authority over decisions. Sully Says: I'm betting on Sam
I have been known to place a bet or two- or three. I can't pass up on the Hogs' projected win total of only four and a half games. I can't see any way that this team isn't better than last year's 4-8 squad. My reason for optimism starts at...

FAYETTEVILLE — Following the SEC Media Days Arkansas only placed one player on the All-SEC teams announced Friday. Defensive end Landon Jackson was the lone Razorback named as he was put on the second-team defensive line. Arkansas has to have more players shine in 2024 than just one and need to have many more on the All-SEC teams announced following the year.
