Early Video Resurfaces Showing 17-Year-Old Amy Lee in Tiny Arkansas Club
A grainy video has resurfaced showing a pre-fame Evanescence playing a small bar in Arkansas in 1999. Most of the videos on John Furman's Youtube channel are show off-roading, guns or dash cam footage. Among his most popular videos, however, are rare live performances from the early days of Evanescence.
Deer collision on Highway 59 leads to fatal motorcycle crash
A fatal motorcycle accident occurred on Highway 59, three miles north of Lanagan, Missouri, at approximately 3:05 a.m. on July 22, 2024. William D. Linclon, a 49-year-old man from Lanagan, Missouri, was riding a 2009 Harley Davidson Superglide southbound on Highway 59 when his motorcycle struck a deer in the roadway. This collision caused Linclon to travel off the left side of the roadway, hitting a guardrail. As a result, Linclon was ejected from the motorcycle and fell down an embankment.
Landon Jackson set to anchor Arkansas’ defense
FAYETTEVILLE — Defensive end Landon Jackson opted to return to Arkansas for this season instead of entering the 2024 NFL Draft. Jackson, who was Arkansas’ lone player named to the All-SEC teams released Friday. In 2023, Jackson finished with 44 tackles, including 22 solo, 13.5 for loss, 6.5 sacks, one pass breakup and two quarterback hurries. In a 24-21 loss to Alabama, Jackson had 11 tackles, including seven solo, 3.5 for loss and 3.5 sacks.
