Hoover police searching for missing teenager

HOOVER, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The Hoover Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing juvenile.

Luci Hullum, 13, was last seen Aug. 13 around 5:25 p.m. outside her residence. She was wearing a gray shirt, gray camouflage leggings, black socks and dark blue shoes. She’s described as being 5’2″, 169 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
