W.T. White Hosts District Dance Intensive
Dozens of Dallas ISD students escaped the early summer heat to partake in a dance intensive at W.T. White High School. It was open to dancers of all levels and featured lessons in jazz, ballet, musical theater, and modern dance. SMU officially made its move from the AAC to the ACC today, a move that Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson said is a "'pivotal moment' that will elevate the university and college athletics in Dallas." SMU is "hosting a community celebration" at Happiest Hour in Dallas from 4:30-6:30pm CT today. The Dallas skyline will also "light up in SMU colors tonight" (AXIOS, 7/1).
