Two-day stamp show coming to Champaign

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — Calling all stamp collectors! The Champaign-Urbana Stamp Club and the Midwest Stamp Dealers Association (MSDA) are bringing a stamp show to Champaign this weekend, featuring dealers from all across the Midwest.

The convention will be this Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will take place at Faith United Methodist Church, located at 1719 South Prospect Avenue in Champaign.

This is the second year that the C-U Stamp Club and MSDA have teamed up for the event. This year, 13 stamp dealers from six states will be in attendance:

• North Star Stamps – Jewell, Iowa
• Rasdale Stamp Company – Westmont, Ill.
• Itty Bitty Stamp Company – Hart, Mich.
• Denny Peoples – Indianapolis, Ind.
• Fox River Stamps – Salem, Wis.
• L&J Stamps – Goshen, Ind.
• Rusty Shoaf – Lafayette, Ind.
• First Century of Stamps – Fenton, Mo.
• Tiger Collectibles – Stoutsville, Mo.
• Paul Aschenbrenner – Wauwatosa, Wis.
• HB Philatelics – Florissant, Mo.
• Arbor Stamps – Ann Arbor, Mich.
• Murphy’s Stamps – Indianapolis, Ind.

Admission and parking are both free.
