Whitewater strip property sold by local real-estate firm Marcus & Millchap

WHITEWATER, Wis. -- A local strip mall property in Whitewater will soon look a little different.

Marcus & Millchap's a leading commercial real-estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales announced the sale of Whitewater Plaza a 24,11 square-foot retail strip property in Whitewater. The property sold for $3,615,000.

Located at 1139 W. Main St, Whitewater Plaza is 94 percent occupied that includes restaurants such as Jimmy Johns, Anytime Fitness, Cozumel Mexican Restaurant, and Beijing Buffet.

The plaza is located on 1.88 acres in a dominant retail area, neighboring retailers such as Walmart and Walgreens and is located adjacent to UW-Whitewater.
