(QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Some Frontier Airlines flights are being delayed after a system outage Thursday night.

Frontier, which offers discounted trips across the country says they’re experiencing a Microsoft outage. This has led to impacts with booking, check-in, access to boarding passes and flight times.

Qatar Airways flight diverted to Charlotte

“We appreciate your patience,” the airline said in a social media post.

A Frontier flight that was scheduled to depart Charlotte Douglas for Denver, Colorado, at 8:50 p.m. has yet to take off and has a midnight estimated departure time. If your flight was impacted, customers can request a refund here.

The outage comes after a day full of delays at CLT due to severe weather.

Minnesota-based Sun Country also is affected by the Microsoft outage.
