DARKE COUNTY – On Monday at approximately 9:52 a.m. Darke County Deputies along with Greenville Township Fire and Rescue, Greenville City Fire, CareFlight, and assistance from Ohio State Highway Patrol Motor Carrier Enforcement and Greenville Police Department, responded to the intersection of US 127 and Childrens Home Bradford Road for an injury crash involving a semi tractor-trailer and a vehicle.

I-70 crash near Spiceland to cause hours-long closure westbound
SPICELAND, Ind. — A crash on I-70 westbound is expected to impact drivers for the next few hours. According to the Pendleton district of the Indiana State Police, I-70 westbound is currently closed at the 120 mile marker in relation to a crash involving injury. Officials with the Indiana Department of Transportation said the crash involves a semi-trailer.

ARCANUM – Arcanum-Butler Schools is getting a good summer cleaning with the help of some of its students. “They are working in the restrooms, classrooms, hallways, teacher lounge, and cafeteria, cleaning all kinds of things and doing odds and ends jobs trying to help keep our school clean and nice,” said Arcanum High School Principal Ty Cates. “We have such a beautiful facility, and it is nice that the students come back and help before some of them head off to college and make some extra money in the summer.”
