SAN ANGELO, TX — The City of San Angelo announced that the College Hills Boulevard project is on track to be completed by the end of 2024. According to the update, road construction is 80-85% complete, and traffic signal work is 95% finished, with the only remaining work at the intersection of Millbrook Drive and College Hills Boulevard.
