Players for the Cincinnati Bengals are starting to report for training camp today . But before players can get on the field, the team has to figure out which players aren't quite ready yet.

Cincinnati announced cornerback DJ Ivey and defensive tackle Devonnsha Maxwell have been placed on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list, while tight end and this year's fourth-round draft pick Erick All has been placed on the Active/Non-Football Injury list.

Ivey, Cincinnati’s seventh-round draft pick from last year, suffered a torn ACL in Week 15 of the regular season . With the injury occurring so late in the season, it's not a total surprise to learn he's not quite ready to practice with the team just yet.

Maxwell never even played a preseason snap last year as he suffered a knee injury of his own in the early days of camp. He's coming up on one year since the injury , so he'll hopefully be activated off the PUP list soon.

All's injury occurred when he was still in college, so the club has to classify it as a non-football injury even if he suffered it while playing. The 115th pick in this year's draft suffered a torn ACL last October during his lone season with the Iowa Hawkeyes, and did not practice during OTAs and minicamp.

Because all three were placed on their respective injury lists prior to practicing, the team can activate them at any point during training camp leading up to 53-man roster cutdown deadline.

A fair expectation is Maxwell gets activated first as his injury was sustained earlier last year compared to All and Ivey.
