Tee Higgins Makes His Intentions Very Clear With The Cincinnati Bengals

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins made his intentions very clear with the team entering what very well could be his last season with the Bengals. Yet he still arrived for training camp on the day and has key reasons why.

“There was a lot of talk back and forth with my agent about what I wanted to do. Obviously, the Bengals weren't making any moves other than obviously tagging me, but it was just like, I grew up with nothing at the end of the day. $21.8 million—that's life-changing money, you know what I'm saying? I could live with that for the rest of my life if I wanted to, but obviously I wanted more, and it didn't happen. I made the decision to sign and be here with my guys.” Higgins said.

He later added, “I’m a piece of the puzzle. I want to win one with the guys I came in with.”

Tee Higgins will be paid a hefty amount, whether that's with Cincinnati or elsewhere. He’s that good. During his four seasons with the Bengals, he has totaled 257 receptions, 3,684 receiving yards, 24 touchdowns, and an average of 14.3 yards per reception.

The Bengals are a better team and a better city when Tee Higgins is on the field and in the community. He is the prime example of a professional, and he makes Cincinnati a serious threat to the AFC.
