    Cincinnati weather: See latest rain, storm chances for Luke Combs' shows this weekend

    What's in the forecast for Luke Combs' two sold-out show s at Paycor Stadium this weekend? We have good news and bad news.

    According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington , patchy, dense fog can be expected through sunrise on Friday before Combs hits the stage later that night . Visibilities may briefly drop to as low as a quarter of a mile or less. Fog is expected to lift by mid-morning, improving visibility.

    The NWS advises drivers to allow extra time to reach their destinations Friday morning. Slow down, leave extra distance between you and the vehicle ahead of you, and use low-beam headlights.

    Showers and thunderstorms are expected to increase in coverage Friday afternoon ahead of the country music star's first concert. Showers and thunderstorms will continue into the evening but diminish in coverage overnight. The primary threats are gusty winds, an isolated thunderstorm, and damaging winds. Thunderstorms may also produce heavy rainfall, resulting in localized flooding.

    There is still a chance of showers and thunderstorms on Saturday during Combs' second Cincinnati show, but coverage will not be as great as Friday. Drier weather and clear skies will move into the area Saturday night into Sunday.

    Highs on Friday and Saturday will range from the lower to mid-80s. Temperatures on Sunday will be in the upper 80s to around 90.

    Will it rain during Luke Combs' Cincinnati shows?

    Per the NWS' hourly forecast , there is a 58% chance of precipitation at 5 p.m. Friday, when the gates to Paycor Stadium are slated to open for Combs' first show. There will be a 38% chance of precipitation at 9 p.m. when Combs will likely come on stage.

    Currently, there is a 13% chance of precipitation at 5 p.m. on Saturday when the doors to Combs' second concert are scheduled to open. There will only be a 3% chance of precipitation at 9 p.m.

    Friday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1 p.m., then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., then showers and thunderstorms likely after 2 p.m. Patchy fog before 9 a.m. Otherwise, it will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 87. Southwest wind 3 to 7 mph. The chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

    Friday night: Showers and thunderstorms are likely, mainly before 1 a.m. Patchy fog will develop after 3 a.m. Otherwise, it will be mostly cloudy, with a low of around 68. The northwest wind will be around 5 mph, becoming calm in the evening. The chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch are possible, except for higher amounts in thunderstorms.

    Saturday: A slight chance of showers between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11 a.m. Patchy fog before 9 a.m. Otherwise, it will be mostly sunny, with a high near 88. Calm wind becoming north around 6 mph in the afternoon. The chance of precipitation is 20%.

    Saturday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 68. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

    Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 92. Light northwest wind.

    Sunday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 69.

    Monday: Sunny, with a high near 93.

    Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 94.

    Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 88.

    Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 87.
