Erick All Jr. Has An Intriguing Fantasy Outlook

Erick All Jr (6’5 250) was drafted with the 115th pick overall in the 4th round by the Cincinnati Bengals after 5 seasons in college (4 at Michigan and 1 in Iowa). All has been bitten by the injury bug during his collegiate time playing in 40 of 70 possible games (bowl games included). In his 40 games, he compiled 75 receptions on 116 targets (64.7% catch rate) for 864 yards (11.5 yards per reception) and 5 receiving touchdowns.

Even at All’s size, he has never been the best blocker, but he is a big play waiting to happen. In 2023, according to PFF, All had a top-tier yards per route run (2.62) and a great receiving grade (76.1). He lands in a Bengals offense facing some retooling with Tyler Boyd and Joe Mixon departing, but they still have two elite target earners in Chase and Higgins.

As far as Tight End, All is projected to split time with Mike Gesicki, who came over in FA this offseason. If Erick can stay healthy, he has a chance to get decent playing time in a high-powered offense helmed by Joe Burrow (who likes his TEs even though he’s never had a great one).

If he has an early career breakout and develops chemistry with Burrow, he could be a steal in the 4th round of rookie drafts. According to Sleeper ADP, he is the 222nd player off the board, and he is worth the dart throw in dynasty startups. In redraft leagues, he could be a waiver wire addition during the season.

Our consensus projections for All in the 2024 season are 25 receptions, 260 yards, and 2 touchdowns.
