The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m. on July 5 in the 3200 block of S. Grand Blvd. According to police, two men approached a 39-year-old man in an alley. ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Police are investigating two business break-ins and an attempted break-in that happened minutes apart in South City.
