    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • Jan. 22 — FCSO — 5900 block of Edgewater Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported damage to driveway during new home construction.

    • Jan. 22 — Dog bites and attacks — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Cat bite.

    • Jan. 22 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 6100 block of Hampton Meadows Lane, Clemmons. Civil issue over eviction.

    • Jan. 22 — Police service, attempt suicide — 6900 block of Logans Way Court, Clemmons. Mother reported daughter attempted suicide.

    • Jan. 22 — FCSO police service, fraud — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Gift card lost funds.

    • Jan. 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Owner surrendered dog due to terminal health issues.

    • Jan. 22 — FCSO police service, alarm — 200 block of Riverwood Drive, Lewisville. Open door at residence, alarm call.

    • Jan. 23 — Trespassing — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject refused to leave the hotel lobby or rent a room.

    • Jan. 23 — Vandalism — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) keyed victim’s vehicle.

    • Jan. 23 — FCSO police service, information provided — 500 block of Barkworth Road, Clemmons. Caller reported found property.

    • Jan. 23 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia located during traffic stop.

    • Jan. 24 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject rearranged the letter on the sign.

    • Jan. 24 — Larceny, all other, vandalism — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Propane tanks stolen out of locked cage.

    • Jan. 24 — Larceny, all other, vandalism — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Store reported having six propane tanks stolen.

    • Jan. 25 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 2900 block of Parkhurst Drive, Clemmons. Dog was tethered and owner unable to provide care due to medical issues.

    • Jan. 25 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Animal bite.

    • Jan. 25 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subjects shoplifted from Ulta Beauty.

    • Jan. 25 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female alleged assault by a co-worker.

    • Jan. 25 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2100 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Male told victim he would shoot her if she did not return money to him.

    • Jan. 25 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 1600 block of Ashmead Lane, Clemmons. Suicidal ideations.

    • Jan. 26 — Overdose — 700 block of Pilgrim Ford Court, Clemmons. Subject potentially overdosed.

    • Jan. 26 — Driving while impaired — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

    • Jan. 26 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Co-workers arguing at a residence.

    • Jan. 26 — FCSO police service, information provided — 8100 block of Peak Court, Clemmons. Individual calling over farming hay.

    • Jan. 26 — Found property — 1400 block of Lake Cottage Road, Clemmons. Wallet turned into sheriff’s office then returned to the owner.

    • Jan. 27 — No operator’s license, violation of auto law — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Old Clemmons School, Clemmons. Juvenile driving without license.

    • Jan. 27 — FCSO police service, fraud — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Civil issue over apartment WiFi.

    • Jan. 27 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, violation of auto law-all other — 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop led to seizure of marijuana.

    • Jan. 27 — FCSO police service, information provided — 8800 block of Homewood Drive, Lewisville. Individual received scam call.

    • Jan. 28 — Driving while impaired — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired on alcohol.

    • Jan. 28 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Two suspects stole perfume.

    • Jan. 28 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 4900 block of Country Ridge Road, Clemmons. Subject stated ex-friend keeps calling and texting him.

    • Jan. 28 — Vandalism — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Unknown person(s) threw rock and damaged windshield.

    • Jan. 28 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject took laundry detergent and fabric softener out of laundry mat.
