CLEVELAND, OH (92.3 The Fan) – The Cleveland Browns announced their 2024 training camp schedule and the opportunities for fans to watch the team will be few.

The Browns will host just six open practices this year.

It marks the third consecutive year the team has reduced their open sessions to fans. The Browns hosted 12 open practices in 2021, 11 in 2022, and eight in 2023.

For the second straight year the Browns will kick camp off at The Greenbrier in West Virginia, were they will hold seven practices in nine days.

The team will also host the Minnesota Vikings for a pair of joint practices prior to their preseason game and those will likely be reserved for special guests and closed to the general public.

The six open dates for camp this summer are: Sunday, Aug. 4 at 2 p.m., Tuesday Aug. 6 at 4:15 p.m., Thursday Aug. 8 at 2 p.m., Monday Aug. 12 at 2 p.m., Tuesday Aug. 20 at 1:30 p.m. and Wednesday Aug. 21 at 1 p.m.

Tickets will be available to the public on Thursday, July 18 at 10 a.m. and Browns season ticket members will have an advanced 24-hour window to reserve their tickets to training camp practices, starting on Wednesday, July 17.

Each account can register up to four tickets to an individual session. Similar to past training camps and home games at Cleveland Browns Stadium, printed tickets will not be available this year.

Beech Street will continue to serve as the primary gate for fans and it will continue to open one hour prior to the scheduled start of practice.

Logistics for training camp, including parking, are expected to be a bit different after the team completed the razing of adjacent neighborhood houses to make way for a massive $200-plus million mixed use development project that is expected to be completed within the next few years.

Construction on an addition to the main facility that includes a weight room, virtual reality training space and a viewing deck for corporate sponsors will be completed in time for the team’s return from West Virginia next month.
