Watervliet appoints new city court judge
WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10)– Watervliet appointed Jasmine Norman as the next city court judge. Norman will begin her six-year term in August. Norman is a Watervliet resident and will replace city judge Peter Torncello, who will retire in late August. After Norman was admitted to the New York State Bar Association, she worked for the New York State Department of State Office of General Council and the Schenectady County’s Office of the Conflict Defender.

Citizens Energy Corporation's JOE-4-SUN low-income community solar program provides electricity savings while making renewable energy more accessible.
