Had enough of this summer's record-threatening warm weather? Because this fall is about to get very cool.

According to the annual fall forecast from the Old Farmer's Almanac , areas in the Midwest could experience below average cool temperatures throughout the autumn season.

Unlike last year in Columbus, when fall was the 35th warmest year in the 145 years' worth of records kept by the National Weather Service, these predictions show cooler temperatures and above-average precipitation.

Although we're not expecting such drastic numbers this upcoming season, the prediction expects temperatures much cooler than what we knew last year.

The autumn equinox is September 22nd.
