Woman Charged With Assaulting Another Woman With A Wooden Bat
A Henderson woman was charged with assault after an altercation at a Hopkinsville gas station Tuesday night. Hopkinsville Police say 56-year-old Robin Williamson got into a verbal altercation with an employee at the Dodge Store on West 7th Street and when a customer attempted to separate them she struck the customer in the head with a wooden bat.

Maroons Open Season With 3rd Place Finish at Henderson County (w/PHOTOS)
Madisonville-North Hopkins opened the 2024 golf season with a third-place finish Monday at the Henderson County Invitational. The Maroons had two golfers – Treyson Raymer and Jake Witherspoon – break 80 on the day. Raymer shot 76 on the Henderson Country Club course to finish tied for sixth place. Witherspoon fired a 78 to finish in 10th place.
