Ellis Park closes to public on first day of summer racing season, but live races are still on
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEVV) — Officials at Ellis Park Racing & Gaming have announced a sudden closure Thursday. Thursday marks the first day of the summer racing season at Ellis Park, but a post on the Ellis Park Facebook page says Ellis Park is closed to the public until further notice.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Isaiah Swope was back in town on Tuesday, and he stopped by ND Kendrick’s youth basketball camp to speak with the kids. The Castle Grad followed his Indiana State Coach, Josh Schertz, to St. Louis. Swope had quite the year at Indiana State, averaging 15.9 points per game, starting every game, and sinking threes at a 36% clip.
