Creston Police Report

(Creston) The Creston Police Department released its latest arrest report. According to the report, there is one assault, one drug possession arrest, three alcohol-related charges, and one driving with a suspended license arrest.

July 12:

*Sandra Jean Bruce, 71, 109 S Jarvis, was arrested in the 100 Block S Jarvis. Bruce was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bruce was cited and released on Promise to Appear.

*Nicki Renee Jones, 41, 713 W Mills, was arrested in the HyVee Parking Lot. Jones was charged with Driving while Barred. Jones was cited and released on Promise to Appear.

July 13:

Irene Pantoja, 33, of 715 N Elm, was arrested at 800 S Walnut. She was charged with OWI, 1st Offense. Pantoja was taken to the Union County Jail, where she was later released on a $1000 cash or surety bond.

July 14:

*Scott Bradley Spurrier, 58, Orient, was arrested in the 300 Block Russell. Spurrier was charged with OWI 1st Offense. Spurrier was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was later released on $1000 cash or surety bond.

*Juan Carlos Villegas Jr, 23, Texas, was arrested at the Quality Inn. Villegas was charged with Public Intoxication 1st Offense. Villegas was taken to the Union County Jail and later released on a $300 cash or surety bond.

*Jessica Lynn Palmer, 38, 606 W Mills, was arrested at 608 Wyoming. Palmer was charged with Assault-General. Palmer was taken to the Union County Jail, later released on $300 cash or surety bond.
