    As you all probably know, the primary election in Florida is on Tuesday, Aug. 20, and many of you have already voted early.

    Daily Commercial readers have also written to us about voter sign shenanigans at the election locations.

    Here are some of the Florida state races to watch .

    🎓 College breaks ground on new workforce center

    Ground broke last week for the Workforce Development Center, a 38,000-square-foot facility that will serve as a hub for career development and opportunities with high-tech resources.

    Programs planned include business, leadership and technology with curriculum designed to prepare students for in-demand jobs. Read more.
