Why is the Michelin Guide interested in Texas eats?

It's been around for more than a century, and finally, the Michelin Guide is getting around to checking out the restaurant scene in Texas .

It announced Tuesday that it's coming out with a Michelin Guide that spotlights restaurants in the major cities in Texas. This could be a huge get for the restaurant business in Dallas-Fort Worth and all of Texas.

The timing of this is perfect as we are in reservation mode for Dallas Restaurant Week. You can see some of those possible Michelin Star restaurants for incredible prices and also get to help the North Texas Food Bank and Lena Pope. Click here for reservations .
