Around 11:50 a.m., a three-vehicle accident was reported on Union Street in Ipswich. Damage was minor, and no injuries were reported. At 12:20 p.m., Danvers police issued a BOLO after road rage was reported in their town. A man brandished a knife at another motorist, they said. USDA Pumps $10.6 Million into NH's Rural Economies
