Catalytic Converter Theft Suspects Caught

August 25, 2024 – On Sunday, Aug 25, MJ Guardian Shield alerted officers to a stolen license plate, which had been reported out of Nashville since July 3rd. Thanks to this alert, officers quickly intercepted the vehicle on Lebanon Rd near Lookout Dr, leading to the arrest of two individuals from Murfreesboro.

Inside the vehicle, evidence related to catalytic converter thefts was also discovered.

A 31-year-old male was arrested for theft, while a 30-year-old female was found to have an outstanding warrant from Rutherford County for probation violation. Detectives are continuing to investigate their involvement in local thefts.
