Firework Explosion Destroys Little Library in Indiana Park
Highland, IN – A little library was destroyed for the third time Saturday morning in an apparent Fireworks explosion. According to the Highland Police Department,on Saturday morning, officers were dispatched to Brantwood Park following reports of property damage. At approximately 12:24 a.m., officers arrived at the corner of Lincoln Street and Woodward Avenue to find that an unknown individual or group had used a large firework to blow up the “Little Library” located at the corner. The explosion resulted in the total destruction of the library, with debris and books scattered across the area.
