2 juveniles dead in Montgomery after early morning shooting
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - The Montgomery Police Department has launched both a death and homicide investigation after two juveniles died early Friday morning. According to MPD, police and fire medics responded to the 3900 block of Marie Cook Drive around 4:14 a.m. after reports of someone being shot. Once on the scene, a 17-year-old girl was located who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. In addition, they located a 17-year-old boy with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, who was also pronounced dead at the scene.
