Man shot and killed in downtown on Broadway
CAPE GIRARDEAU Mo. (KBSI) – On July 14 near 417 Broadway in downtown Cape a man by the name of Linard Thomas was shot and killed around 12:30 am. Signs of violence are still visible as several drops of blood scatter the side walk. The video on screen is the exclusive video from the crime scene early Sunday morning. Officers gathered to the scene and roped off the scene with yellow crime scene tape.
