    Man struck and killed by falling tree in upstate NY

    A 68-year-old man on his tractor was killed when a tree fell on him in Victor on Wednesday afternoon, according to New York State Police.

    The man, who was not identified by police, was clearing brush when the tree fell on him and his tractor, said Trooper Lynnea Crane.

    He was found by State Police on Willis Hill Road around 2:35 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

    Troopers continue to investigate the fatal incident.
