BYU has released its first depth chart of the season, but the Cougars’ quarterback situation remains a mystery.

Jake Retzlaff and Gerry Bohanon are listed as co-starters at the QB1 spot, among the 20 total “or” designations across the depth chart as a whole.

Other fall camp position battle areas — such as the starting right guard and second cornerback spots — were also left unresolved for now.

As for the definitive answers provided on the depth chart, converted wide receiver Tanner Wall was listed as the sole starter at free safety following an impressive camp showing, beating out highly-touted freshmen Tommy Prassas and Faletau Satuala.

Additionally, Isaiah Glasker, Harrison Taggart and Jack Kelly all earned starting linebacker nods, while the majority of the running back and wide receiver rooms are less defined in terms of hierarchy.

Here is BYU’s full depth chart heading into Week 1 against SIU.
