Sandy Paws Rescue Inc., a dedicated foster-based rescue in Massachusetts, recently introduced a six-month-old puppy named Enzo who is already over 70lbs! The nonprofit dog rescue explains, "He is a Neapolitan Mastiff/Cane Corso mix (dna tested!) and could be over 150lbs when fully grown." Due to his breeds, his future adopter must have mastiff or working breed experience. "We are not first come, first “get” and will be accepting applications for Enzo for at least the next two weeks while he spends some time getting a head start on basic training with Rise&ShineK9. We will be looking to make the best furever match for this special boy!"

Enzo is described as being a bit shy, but also very loving and gentle. "He likes to walk on the leash. He has a great appetite and enjoys his tasty treats! He is a fast learner," explains Sandy Paws Rescue Inc. "Enzo is very food motivied and impressionable at his young age. He is good with patient dogs who can help him learn appropriate play. He is great in a crate and does not make a peep."

Enzo is currently being fostered on Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts, and Sandy Paws Rescue explains that her adopter must be willing to travel to the island if not currently residing there.

Sandy Paws Rescue Inc. requires that anyone interested in adopting must submit an application to them. As a foster-based rescue based in Massachusetts, they don’t have a shelter location, and visits with dogs are by appointment only. Their dogs reside in private homes or kennels until adoption.
