Easter Egg Hunt: Fun, Food, and Festivities in Stone Mountain Village

Stone Mountain, Ga-The annual Easter Egg Hunt, a highly- anticipated community event, takes place on Saturday, March 23, 2024. Hosted by Stone Mountain First United Methodist Church, popularly known as “The Village Church,” in partnership with Stone Mountain Baptist Church, the fun begins at 10 a.m. through noon, “rain or shine,” and includes a traditional Easter Egg Hunt, grilled hot dogs, crafts, games and pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Children ages 2 through 12 will find this annual event wholesome, delicious and fun. Everything be at the Stone Mountain First United Methodist Church, located on West Mountain Street in Stone Mountain Village one block from Main Street. Rev. Dr. Cynthia Jackson serves as the pastor of Stone Mountain First United Methodist Church. A prominent historic landmark noted for its architectural design and aesthetic beauty, the church exterior is constructed with granite from nearby Stone Mountain.
