HANOVER, N.H. (WCAX) - Vermont swept the Lions Cup Soccer All-Star Games against New Hampshire on Saturday afternoon at Hanover High school. South Burlington star Omar Daoudi tallied a hat trick for the boys in their 5-2 victory, while fellow SBHS Wolf Rachel Kelley tallied the only goal in a 1-0 Vermont girls win.
75-year-old Grand Isle man cited for assaulting 20-year-old in road rage incident
SOUTH HERO, Vt. — A 75-year-old man from Grand Isle was cited following a road rage incident Saturday evening, according to Vermont State Police. Authorities were called to Route 2 by Ferry Road in South Hero at around 5:25 p.m., after receiving a report that a possible assault had happened in the middle of the roadway.
