Acworth Woman Accused of Biting 2 People
Tamara Raymond, 35, of Acworth, is accused of biting two people on July 14 at midnight at an Acworth residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. Raymond got into an argument with the female victim and bit the woman on the chin, causing a chunk of skin to hang off. The victim was transported to Kennestone Hospital for treatment. The victim’s husband, who was asleep upstairs, woke to the commotion and attempted to break the pair apart, but was bit by Raymond on his right arm, according to the warrant. Raymond is charged with aggravated battery disfigure; simple battery harm; and criminal damage – second degree. She was arrested on July 14 at 2:32 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records. Raymond remains in custody without bond.

Man Accused of Throwing Rock off Bridge Striking Car
Carleone Geno Daniels, 18, of Atlanta, is accused of throwing a large rock off a bridge onto the highway and striking the victim’s car on July 11 at 1:58 p.m. at the intersection of Factory Shoals Road and I-20 in Austell. The hood and windshield of the victim’s car were damaged, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. Daniels is charged with reckless conduct; and criminal damage – second degree. He was arrested July 11 at 1:58 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records. Daniels was released on a $10,000 bond.
