Officials of the Media Fellowship House (MFH), 302 S. Jackson St., Media, recently announced that 17 first-time homebuyers were recipients of closing cost assistance that totaled $104,000. In a release, MFH said it “continues to make a significant impact on the lives of low- and moderate-income families by providing comprehensive housing counseling services. In the past year alone, MFH has provided prepurchase counseling to over 150 households” including support to the 17.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. — Morgan Properties, a development and investment firm based in the Philadelphia suburb of King of Prussia, has acquired a portfolio comprising 3,434 units across 11 properties in Pennsylvania.
