Woman missing in East L.A.

Authorities sought the public's help Wednesday in locating a 30-year-old woman with an unspecified mental health disorder last seen in East Los Angeles.

Clarisa Morales Lopez was last seen in the 700 block of Gerhart Avenue around 8 p.m. Friday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Lopez was described as a 5-foot-tall Hispanic woman weighing 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She also has a tattoo on her left forearm and was last seen wearing a dark gray shirt with cargo pants.

Sheriff's officials said Lopez's family is growing concerned about her well-being due to her medical condition and is asking for the public's help in finding her.
