One of two men charged last week with kidnapping three women and a teen girl in Monroe County and sexually assaulting two of them faces new charges in a separate Northampton County case.

Davaun C. Jackson, 29, of East Stroudsburg was charged Wednesday with sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault, according Northampton County District Attorney Stephen Baratta.

Jackson was interviewing a woman May 15 for a possible job while in Pen Argyl when a sexual assault took place, according to a news release from Baratta and court records.

Jackson was arraigned before District Judge Alicia R. Zito of Bangor on the felony offenses. Slate Belt Regional police handled the investigation.

He is also charged in Monroe County, where three women and a teenage girl were kidnapped and tied up in a storage container. Jackson sexually assaulted two of them, according to authorities.

Jackson and a co-defendant, Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, 19, of Middletown, Dauphin County, were arrested on numerous felonies, including kidnapping, unlawful restraint, rape, aggravated indecent assault and false imprisonment, said state police, who handled the case.

Both men have been in Monroe County Jail without bail. The arraigning judge in Monroe County wrote in court documents that bail was denied because the alleged offenses were “extremely violent.”
