PESHTIGO – Rapid Transit will be welcomed to the Bands at Badger stage on July 24 to perform for the Peshtigo community. The band includes bass player Steve Peterson from Oconto, drummer Billy Bomber from Green Bay, vocalist and rhythm guitarist Roger Pagel from Abrams and guitarist Tim Pszanka from Abrams.

BRILLION – Country music star Jason Aldean will perform in Brillion on Thursday, Aug. 15 at Ariens Nordic Center in a leadup event to the 2025 NFL Draft. Ariens Nordic Center was selected by the NFL Draft Host Committee to host the event, known as NFL Draft Donor Summer Celebration. The event will be private for donors.

Today’s dilemma is based in Oshkosh. The Oshkosh Area School District has quite a few openings for the coming year, teachers at all levels, special education teachers, counselors, substitutes basically if it’s a position at a school, they need to fill it. To help fill the roles, the District will be holding two job fairs at the Administrative office on Eagle Street. The first fair is tomorrow from 4-6 and the second is scheduled for August 1 from 4-6.
