Meeting set for Waupaca housing development
WAUPACA (WLUK) -- A public meeting is set for those interested in learning more about a housing development in Waupaca. The city is working with Howard-based Tycore Built to develop River Ridge North. Plans for the first phase call for 124 apartment units and 32 single-family homes. Construction is set to begin later this year.
