    Police: Man stole patron's wallet at Elkton cannabis dispensary

    ELKTON – A man allegedly stole a customer's wallet at a cannabis dispensary in Elkton and now investigators are asking the public to help them identify the suspect, according to the Elkton Police Department.

    The theft occurred at Pharmkent in the 300 block of East Pulaski Highway (Route 40) at approximately 11 a.m. on Thursday, police reported, noting that the suspect was a customer and that he allegedly stole the wallet from another patron.

    After the theft, the suspect fled from the business property in a silver BMW, according to police.

    EPD investigators were able to glean photos of the suspect from store security cameras, and they posted those pictures on the agency’s Facebook page, along with a summary of what reportedly occurred.
