Shreveport Man Wanted for Battery of a Pregnant Woman
Officers from the Shreveport Police Department responded to a report of a violent domestic incident in the 4300 block of Illinois Street. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim, who reported that her live-in boyfriend and the father of her children, Phillip Crutchfield, had battered her. The victim is seven months pregnant.
Shreveport Police makes renewed effort in proactive policing in downtown Shreveport
SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The Shreveport Police Department is making a renewed effort in proactive policing in downtown. Chief Wayne Smith says four patrol officers have been assigned to a special team that will aim to prevent crime in the downtown area, and other parts of the city.
