TIPP CITY — Tipp Monroe Community Services is collecting school supplies for children in Tipp City and Monroe Township from July 1 through Aug. 1. Book bags and school supplies are given out during the last two weeks of the Lunch On Us summer lunch program, said a Tipp Monroe Community Services. The Urbana Lion’s Club welcomed three scholarship recipients to their weekly meeting on Wednesday. Tate Armstrong, Henry Harigan, and Paige Arnett are all 2024 graduates of Urbana High School.
